Patience for Eylenbosch – Special Blond

Patience for Eylenbosch, a series of 3 beers that were brewed in anticipation of the making of old Geuze.

Eylenbosch was already a well-known producer of Lambic & Oude Geeuze last century, but was forced to close its doors in the 1980s.

In 2019, the brewery came back from hibernation and started producing their beers again.

Oude Geuze has to wait at least 3 years, hence this Patience series.

Patience Special Blonde is a blond beer with an alcohol content of 6.5% and was brewed with Belgian hops.

Slightly malty and moderately sweet in taste combined with a soft bitterness and a light floral touch.
