Foxtown – White Swan Theory

White Svan Theory by Foxtown Beer Crew.

This “white” IPA was brewed with the addition of wheat, pilsner malt and wheat flakes.

The addition of another 3 hop varieties, including Chinook, Citra and Centennial hops, gives it its specific hoppy and citrus fruity character.
