Black Treats Cognac BA

Black Treats Cognac Barrel Aged, a collaboration between the Antwerp Galea Craft Beer and the De Man brewery from Tilburg.

Last year we were already able to get acquainted with 2 other versions of these Black Treats, both of which were a hit.

This time another version AND this time one aged for 9 months in French Cognac barrels.

A slightly sweet and slightly creamy stout.

The Cognac taste is clearly recognizable.

The taste of chocolate is in it but rather in the background.

The whole is nicely balanced by the barrel maturation.

Very tasteful!
