Spätale 2018 from the Danish Mikkeller Baghaven Brewing & Blending.

One from 2018 that has matured for no less than 36 months on Riesling grapes from Paulinsberg Vineyard.

A Wild Ale with a certain sour touch and the influence of the grapes.

Slightly woody due to the tannin released during maturation.

Only recommended for Wild Ales lovers!
