100Watt My Bloody Valentine

My Bloody Valentine from 100Watt Stadsbrouwerij from Eindhoven.

A collab between Eindhoven 100Watt Stadsbrouwerij and Berghoeve brewery from Overijssel.

Recently we were only able to add beers from Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven, now the turn of this Bloody Valentine.

Bloody Valentine is, as they describe it themselves, an Imperial Milkshake Gose.

Separate you would say, but as if that were not enough, they have also matured in wooden Chateau de Camensac red wine barrels.

A special beer to say the least.

Fruity in combination with a light salty/acidity and the taste of red wine in 1 bottle.

Also a certain sweet factor but very nicely cohesive.
