Patience for Eylenbosch – Hoppy Saison

Patience for Eylenbosch, a series of 3 beers that were brewed in anticipation of the making of old Geuze.

Eylenbosch was already a well-known producer of Lambic & Oude Geeuze last century, but was forced to close its doors in the 1980s.

In 2019, the brewery came back from hibernation and started producing their beers again.

Oude Geuze has to wait at least 3 years, hence this Patience series.

Patience Hoppy Saison is what the name suggests.

A slightly hoppy and slightly spicy Saison with a typical drier aftertaste.
